Villa No. 1

On Site: At this project, we installed a custom-made fixed window from our fixed window series, manufactured according to the client’s exact requirements. Sliding windows were installed using the Simba 83 system, combined with fixed windows. Due to the window openings being larger than standard, and in order to provide the correct technical solution, we worked in collaboration with the client to install a combination of sliding and fixed windows. Double glazing was applied throughout the project.

Villa No. 2

On Site: At this project, we installed a custom-made fixed window from our fixed window series, manufactured according to the client’s exact requirements. Sliding windows were installed using the Simba 138 system, designed to allow full-size openings and maximize the viewing area for spans above 2.5 meters. The sliding doors on site are from our Simba 190 system — a premium sliding door solution suitable for large openings above 2.6 meters. Double glazing was applied throughout the project. Balcony railings were installed from our Simbala series, combining iron and glass for a clean and modern finish. The pergola was custom-designed and manufactured specifically for the client.

In this prestigious villa project located in Kigamboni, Simba Doors & Windows provided a complete architectural finishing solution, including technical consultation and product selection designed to create a seamless connection between the interior and exterior spaces. Glass Balustrade System – Simba Black Base For the balconies, we installed our Simba Black Base glass balustrade system, complemented by a premium 316-grade stainless steel top rail. The base profile is manufactured from pure powder-coated aluminum, offering exceptional durability, corrosion resistance, and a clean contemporary appearance. Suitable for both interior and exterior applications, the system combines safety, strength, and elegant architectural design. Staircase Glass Balustrades The staircase was fitted with our Two Holders glass balustrade system, featuring high-grade stainless steel components and specially adapted glass holders designed for stair applications. The system is engineered to provide maximum structural strength and safety while maintaining a refined and minimalist aesthetic throughout the space. Main Entrance Door – SL 8051 The villa's main entrance features our SL 8051 security door from the SL 8000 Series. Designed to deliver both security and contemporary style, the SL 8051 combines galvanized steel construction, a high-security Mul-T-Lock locking system, and premium HPL cladding manufactured to the highest finishing standards available. The result is a modern entrance solution with technical specifications that set a new benchmark in the Tanzanian market. Sliding Windows & Doors – Simba 83 System The home's sliding windows and sliding doors were manufactured using our Simba 83 System, one of the most popular aluminum systems in our product range. The system offers slim profiles, smooth operation, durability, and flexibility, making it an ideal solution for modern residential projects seeking both performance and elegant design. Fixed Glazing – Simba 100 System The fixed glass elements throughout the villa were produced using our Simba 100 System. Designed to maximize natural light and create a natural indoor-outdoor connection, the system provides outstanding safety, structural performance, and architectural freedom, allowing designers and homeowners to achieve large, uninterrupted glass openings with a clean contemporary appearance.

Motorized Aluminium Entrance Gate – Manufactured from pure powder-coated aluminium, providing security, reliability, and a clean modern appearance. Built for long-term performance Every aluminium profile installed throughout this project is manufactured from pure powder-coated aluminium, providing superior resistance to corrosion, UV exposure, and the demanding coastal climate. All glazing throughout the residence is double-glazed insulated glass, improving thermal efficiency, acoustic comfort, and overall energy performance while enhancing the architectural appearance of the home.
